Here chemistry is right!

As the main difference between Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) which are often induced by legal and law requirements Process Analytical Technology (PAT) projects target to optimize the process or assure a certain quality level.

The relevancy of PAT in the operation of chemical and petrochemical plants has strongly increased over the last few years: using the analytical data to operate the plant leads to optimized processes and therefore to increased product quality and quantity and thus becomes one of the unique selling propositions.

Special Requirements

Identifying the specialities of PAT projects the first thing to mention is the individualization: nearly every project is unique due to the different parameters such a project has to be adapted to. Also accuracy is of high importance and the response time of the measurement can be a crucial factor.

Next to this PAT projects are often located in ATEX zones which means all equipment has to consider the ATEX regulations.

For all of these requirements AGT – PSG offers a long list of products and services: e.g. the PSG Ex² heated sample lines and tube bundles having a patented technology which come with a cut to length possibility. For cooling sample gas to a stable dew point the compressor cooler BCR 05 EEx is designed for use in ATEX areas.

Furthermore the AGT – PSG process analytical team offers turnkey solutions from small sampling plates up to analyser houses and containers since more than 30 years and with worldwide references.
